Your satisfaction is important. We would like to know if you have a problem, as soon as you receive your order. If we have made an error, or there is a defect in the item that we failed to see before shipping, we will gladly send another item as a replacement, once we have received the error or defective item back. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. No refund will be issued for buyer-remorse, only for defective items or errors originating from MHC.
Refunds for items returned post marked within three days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type, less shipping charges for the original shipment. Refunds for items returned more than three days after the received date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, shipping and handling charges will be incurred for the exchange item.
Please mail your package using a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the item, as long as it is received in it's original packaging, and condition sent. COD packages will not be accepted, and will be returned upon receipt. In this case no refund will be issued.
